Higher-tier Risk Assessment

Applied Research
In Developing Countries

Experimental fate and effect studies can be performed in a whole range of test systems.

The studies include:

  • lab tests with additional species of SSDs
  • population studies
  • indoor and outdoor micro- and mesocosm experiments
  • water-sediment studies

All facilities including an experimental field station are available to conduct aquatic and terrestrial research on the behaviour and effects of pesticides.

On request experimental fate and effect studies can be designed, managed and carried out in accordance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).

We can offer:

  • probabilistic exposure assessment
  • Species Sensitivity Distribution
  • micro and mesocosm studies (indoor and outdoor)
  • population studies
  • toxicity tests with additional species (macroinvertebrates, plankton, macrophytes)
  • experimental field station
  • GLP-compliant studies
  • design, management and conduct of experimental fate studies in laboratory or the field
