Specialisation Landscape
Landscape concentrates on societal issues such as use, management and conservation of the rural and urban landscape; how do we experience our landscape and how do we create it. The centre contributes to sustainable and ecological development and to the quality of the landscape within and outside the Netherlands. We focus on new ways of learning, reflection, decision-making and innovative knowledge. Multifunctional landscapes, planning and management of forestry and nature, and experience and use of nature for living areas, tourism, health and welfare are areas in which we are active.
