Required knowledge by the target group:
Informational support regarding the implementation of Dutch policy on forest genetic resources at a national level.

Objective of Genebank of indigenous Trees and Shrubs:
The objective of this project is to put genetic material of trees and shrubs from different relict populations together in order to increase the genetic potential of the species and make the material available to the target audience through an electronic information system (database) on the internet. The database is directly accessible.

Objective
The objective of the international cooperation is to contribute to current European network activities of 32 countries regarding conservation of forest tree genetic diversity in Europe.
