Profile
- Field ecotoxicology: assessment of effects of anthropogenic disturbances on in situ structure and functioning of populations, communities and ecosystems.
- Benthos and sediment: benthic invertebrates, sediment contamination, bioavailable concentrations of PAHs and PCBs using Tenax approach, and metals using AVS/SEM approach.
- Plankton organisms: trophic interactions between phytoplankton and zooplankton, use of fatty acid profiles to assess food quality of phytoplankton, effects of UV-B radiation on plankton food webs.
- Experiments: field exclosure experiments, laboratory mesocosm experiments, laboratory microcosm experiments.
