Climate change on Biosphere
CCB Wageningen-UR is the formalisation of a long-time collaboration between Wageningen University and the DLO institutes in the field of biospheric aspects of climate change.
Seven organisations of Wageningen-UR participate in the CCB:

- Wageningen Institute for Environment and Climate Research (WIMEK),
- Production Ecology & Resource Conservation Graduate School (PE & RC),
- Food & Biobased Research,
- Plant Research International,
- LEI.
Prof. Pavel Kabat is the director of CCB. CCB's research focuses on: interaction and feedback mechanisms between regional climate(change) and land use and ecosystems; greenhouse gases and soil, vegetation and the atmosphere; and socio-economic evaluation of (inter)national climate policies. CCB takes part in national and international climate research and evaluations of climate policies.
