Sustainable Forest management in the tropics: are we on the right track?
Logging in tropical rain forest: we all care. But there always will be a need for tropical wood and developing countries seek revenues for these natural resources. Logging thus is unavoidable and with that some damage to the forest. A delicate balance, attracting heavy debate. A seminar on June 21, Ede, will give an overview of developments and perspectives for the future of tropical forest management.
